Segment 9. Done. Beginning Segment 8.

We topped yesterday’s performance today with a 25-mile bike ride from Burlington to Greensboro to complete Segment 9, an 11-mile hike along Lake Townsend to Lake Brandt to begin Segment 8, and another guest appearance and shuttle by David Waller.

    Thinking about y'all in light of the upcoming hurricane. What are your plans? Not a good time to be heading east.
