Yesterday we were wet most of the day from rain and today from numerous water crossings. But it has all been beautiful on the Mountains-to-Sea Trail. And we’ve picked up an awesome hiking partner for a few days!
We carry shoes specifically for water crossings. My shoes are Chaco sandals. We usually end up hiking in them for a while if the crossings are close together.
OK dumb question. How do you keep your feet/boots dry when making these crossings? Or do you have wet feet and boots from here on out?
